One of the most powerful new tools in Lightroom 5 is the Radial Filter tool. Let's face it, Lightroom's post-crop vignette leaves a lot to be desired, especially if you want your vignetting effect to be applied a bit off-center, allowing you to draw focus towards your subject.

In today's Photoshop tutorial we're heading straight back to the 80s to play with vibrant fluoro colours. It has become a popular trend to convert the colours of modern day photographs into oversaturated fluorescent style hues to create intense sensual images. In this tutorial I'll show you how to quickly recreate this duotone effect, then we'll take the design to the next level with some additional tweaks.

The desired effect is exactly what this tool gives you. In the case of the hummingbird, the little bit of vignetting that you can create achieves a mystical, old time photo.
